Also i read there some BOSS mode to raid loot etc., not sure yet until i get there. The do have mode after you finish the storyline, simliar to adventure mode (rifts). It will pass the time between Seasons for sure. If you are love hack-slash isometric loot game, think this is a pretty decent alternative to D3. I try not to read too many build guide and just play the game as a complete novice at the beginning. The skill trees looks pretty straight forward. It doesnt look as daunting as Grim Dawn or PoE. For the sale price i think it worth giving it a try. Not raising difficulty yet but eventually will, have similar mechanism like Torment in D3, up to Chaos level 10 difficulty. I have NOT read much on guide but playing on difficult level normal so it been smooth sailing. Game graphic is sufficient / nice and playing it appears intuitive so far.Ĭurrently playing the leveling process in story mode, campaign so at level 10 after a few hours just chilling and not rushing. I enjoy so far the similarity to ARPG like Diablo3 which i have played for 10 years including every season. I have no experience in the Warhammer world.

There some recents UTUBE review of the Slayer addition that you might want to watch before purchasing. I think this addition is pretty significant and made all the bad reviews on the original Chaosbane release a bit unjust/ unfair. Just started by ChaosBane Slayer addition due to the steam sale. Here my quick review on Steam after a couple of hours playtime today in storymode/ campaign. I think it worth it and another 14 EURO wasnt too bad. Hey mate i just got the Slayer addition due to the recent reviews on you Tube in late 2020. The rest is cosmetics and as far as I remember they look about on par with the rest of the items in the game, so whether or not you're interested in them is going to be subjective to you. Gold boost and XP boost are more or less pointless unless you're planning to speedrun the game, since you're supposed to be max level around the end of the campaign and with the boosts you hit it even earlier, which doesn't change much. I'm pretty sure "Tomb Kings" adds some OP stuff, so if you're looking to push builds to their absolute limits you'll need the DLC, unfortunately. It, along with the "Gods Pack" also adds a bunch of new passives, which is arguably the stuff you might be interested in, since they add some build variety and the base game isn't too generous with that. "Tomb Kings" adds a new chapter which is also neat because it takes place in an entirely different location. Witch Hunter is pretty cool as far as classes go, but is only valuable if you're interested in playing him, naturally.
